These terms apply to trustedfriendpca.com and to text messages sent by Trusted Friend Personal Care Agency (“Trusted Friend,” “we,” or “us”), a non-medical personal care agency serving the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. By using the website or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.
Website information
Information on this website is general and is not medical, legal or financial advice. Care plans and estimates built on the site are a starting point for a conversation, not a quote, an offer of services, or a promise of coverage. Services, schedules and costs are confirmed with you directly.
SMS terms (text messages)
- Program: Trusted Friend Personal Care Agency texts people who ask to be contacted by text. This includes replies to website inquiries, and, for our caregivers, office staff and clients’ family members who turn on text alerts in our app, sign-in codes, shift reminders, schedule changes and visit updates.
- How to opt in: choose “Text message” on our contact form and tick the box agreeing to texts, or turn on text alerts in your account settings in our app.
- Message frequency: varies with your requests, schedule and the alerts you turn on.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Trusted Friend does not charge for text messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, call (702) 660-2060 or email [email protected].
- Not required: agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care, services or employment.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
