Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Trusted Friend app account at any time. This applies to the app at app.trustedfriendpca.com and the Trusted Friend app for Android.

How to ask

1. Call or text us at (702) 660-2060, or email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account.”
2. Tell us the name and the email address or phone number on the account.
3. We will confirm it is you, then delete the account and tell you when it is done, usually within 30 days.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You can also ask us to delete specific information, such as your photo, phone number, notification settings, or messages that are not part of a care record, without closing your account. Contact us the same way as above and tell us what you would like deleted.

What we delete

Your sign-in, profile, contact details, photo, notification settings, and messages that are not part of a care record.

What we keep, and for how long

Care, visit, billing, and pay records that the law or our payers (such as Medicaid) require a home care agency to keep. We keep only what is required, for the required period, and then delete it. These records are not used for anything else.
